Senior Java Developer (AI)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with hands-on AI experience. You will join a team delivering solutions within the Consumer Finance domain for the banking sector contributing to the development of modern applications and the adoption of AI-powered solutions with real business impact.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications within the Consumer Finance area.
• Design and implement new backend functionalities.
• Build and integrate AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams.
• Ensure high standards of quality performance and security.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Spring Security Hibernate JPA REST and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience using AI in real projects beyond everyday coding assistants.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Vector databases
  • LLMs
  • AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
  • Data-driven AI solutions
• Ability to design and implement AI-based solutions independently.
• Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.
