About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead large-scale cybersecurity initiatives within a major European public-sector organisation based in Warsaw.
Youll oversee complex security programmes from planning through delivery coordinating technical teams stakeholders and vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business and cybersecurity objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project leader who combines strong cybersecurity expertise with proven project delivery experience in highly regulated environments.

Level: Director
Work Model: Approximately 50% on-site / 50% remote from Warsaw
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract renewable annually for up to 48 months
What Youll Do
Project Leadership;
Lead cybersecurity projects throughout their full lifecycle
Plan execute monitor and successfully deliver security initiatives
Ensure projects are completed on time within scope budget and quality expectations
Establish and maintain effective project governance and controls
Project Delivery;
Manage project plans schedules budgets risks and deliverables
Track milestones dependencies and project performance
Identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure quality across all project deliverables
Stakeholder Management;
Work closely with project boards technical teams vendors and business stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout project execution
Prepare and deliver project reports presentations and status updates
Facilitate project meetings and decision-making sessions
Cybersecurity Programme Management;
Deliver projects involving cybersecurity technologies controls and compliance
Support programmes aligned with Zero Trust Defence-in-Depth ISO 27001 NIST and industry best practices
Coordinate resources priorities and budgets across cybersecurity initiatives
Support procurement and vendor management activities
What Were Looking For
Mandatory Requirements;
Masters degree (Level 7) or equivalent
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
10 years of ICT experience
8 years managing cybersecurity or IT security projects
Experience managing budgets resources vendors and project portfolios
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies risk management and compliance
Experience with project delivery methodologies including PM² PRINCE2 PMP and ServiceNow
Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
Certifications (Mandatory);
Candidates must hold at least four certifications including:
Minimum two Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP CISA CISM ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate
Minimum two Project / IT Service Management certifications: PM² Advanced PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner ITIL Foundation
Additional Requirement;
Eligible to obtain RESTREINT UE / EU RESTRICTED Security Clearance
