Our client is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join a major European public-sector cybersecurity programme based in Warsaw.
In this role youll lead the design and evolution of enterprise cybersecurity architecture ensuring security and privacy are embedded across systems services and infrastructure. Working with senior stakeholders youll define security blueprints evaluate emerging technologies and help shape long-term cybersecurity strategy within a highly regulated environment.

- Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract renewable annually for up to 48 months
- Level: Executive
- Design secure enterprise architectures aligned with business and cybersecurity strategies
- Develop and maintain the organisations cybersecurity architecture and security blueprint
- Produce architecture documentation standards and technical specifications
- Lead architecture reviews and security assessments across systems and services
- Ensure security and privacy by design throughout the development lifecycle
- Design and integrate cybersecurity controls across enterprise platforms
- Evaluate security technologies through proof-of-concepts
- Select appropriate cryptographic models access controls and security mechanisms
- Adapt security architecture to emerging threats and changing business requirements
- Support secure integration of new technologies into existing environments
- Align cybersecurity architecture with organisational objectives
- Support secure solution design using industry frameworks and best practices
- Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and security standards
- Provide technical leadership across security architecture initiatives
- Present architecture proposals to technical and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering security and operations teams
- Transition security solutions into operational teams
- Recommend improvements that strengthen organisational cyber resilience
- Masters degree (Level 7) or equivalent
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- 10 years of ICT experience
- 8 years in Cybersecurity Architecture or a comparable role
- Proven experience designing enterprise cybersecurity architectures
- Strong knowledge of secure SDLC security architecture frameworks and enterprise security
- Experience designing solutions using security and privacy by design principles
- Experience performing architecture reviews and technology evaluations
- Strong understanding of cryptography identity & access management security controls and enterprise security technologies
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Candidates must hold at least four of the following certifications (or recognised equivalents): CISSP CISM CISA TOGAF Foundation TOGAF Certified SABSA SCF SABSA SCPA SABSA SCMA CISSP-ISSAP CRISC CGEIT CNDA GSNA GCCC GPPA
