GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting to the Pricing Manager EMEA the Sales Enablement Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence through data systems process optimization and business insights. The role partners closely with Sales Customer Experience Marketing Finance and IT teams to improve sales effectiveness strengthen commercial data governance and enable data-driven decision making across the region.

The analyst is responsible for enhancing sales processes maintaining critical commercial data and systems delivering actionable insights supporting pricing and rebate programs and leading continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity simplify operations and generate business value.

The mission of this role is to empower commercial teams with accurate data efficient tools streamlined processes and meaningful insights that support profitable growth and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Excellence & Sales Enablement

  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes systems and tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify automate enhance commercial operations.
  • Support system adoption user training.
  • Support execution and governance of pricing renewals ensure timely implementation of pricing actions.

Business Planning & Rebate Management

  • Manage Distributor Business Plan process ensuring compliance accuracy stakeholder alignment.
  • Administer distributor incentive programs including forecasting accruals payouts reconciliations.
  • Analyze performance to support business decisions and process improvements.

Data Governance & Business Partner

  • Ensure integrity and consistency of commercial data across systems (SAP Comind SFDC).
  • Deliver reporting insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Maintain enablement tools and promote data governance best practices.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support business transformation initiatives system integrations and ERP projects.
  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation controls standards to ensure consistency and audit readiness.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Data Analytics Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Analytics Data Science or Pricing are an asset.

Experience

  • Confirmed experience in Sales Operations Pricing Analytics or related B2B roles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Finance IT and Supply Chain.
  • Experience with rebates pricing reporting and process improvement is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI ERP CRM and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Power BI Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and business partnering capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and execute opportunities for process improvement simplification automation.
  • Strong organizational stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Collaborative adaptable accountable with the ability to work independently and across functions.

Languages

  • Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Additional Requirements (travel etc.)

  • Occasional traveling in EMEA region
