Theyre currently seeking a React / UI Developer with UX expertise to join their team in Wrocław on a contract basis. Position Overview

As a React / UI Developer youll play a central role in enhancing the usability and accessibility of reporting applications. Your work will directly improve user satisfaction by creating well-designed intuitive interfaces that bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This position allows backend engineers to maintain focus on core platform work while you ensure the frontend experience meets user expectations and drives efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-centric interfaces using React for client-facing reporting applications
• Implement automated testing to maintain code quality and reliability
• Integrate frontend components with backend systems and APIs
• Translate high-level business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Refine UI requirements based on user feedback and usability testing
• Deploy code through CI/CD pipelines preferably using GitLab
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible intuitive solutions
• Enhance user adoption through thoughtful evidence-based design decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands-on application development experience using React
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines preferably GitLab
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to refine requirements based on feedback
• Bachelors or Masters degree in software engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience with UX principles and user-centered design approaches
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
