Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Software Quality this role you will design and develop automated testing solutions for Salesforce applications with a strong focus on UI automation using the UTAM framework. You will work closely with software engineers QA specialists and DevOps teams to increase automated test coverage strengthen integration environments and enable faster more reliable software releases.

Salary: 13 000 PLN - 17 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment

Working model: hybrid - 3x weekly from the office

Location: Krakow

Recruitment process:

• A call with Motife recruiter (30 min)
• Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min)
• Hiring Manager Interview (30 min)
• Technical Interview (90 min)

• Define test strategies coverage and test cases for new product functionality.
• Build and maintain automated UI tests for Salesforce applications using UTAM.
• Develop and improve regression test suites for daily and release testing.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to identify risks troubleshoot issues and support continuous delivery.
• Improve automation frameworks testing processes and integration environments.
• Share testing best practices and contribute to broader QA automation initiatives.

• 3 years of professional experience in software testing quality engineering or software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript or JavaScript. Experience with Java is also valuable.
• Some experience testing Salesforce applications and working with UTAM - is a plus.
• Experience with WebDriverIO or similar UI automation tools and Page Object Model.
• Experience with API testing using tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Git JIRA Confluence and test management tools such as Xray TestRail or Zephyr.
• Strong ownership communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools performance testing or ISTQB certification would be an advantage.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or Test Automation Engineer certification would be an advantage.
