Project logistics involves orchestrating material flow order management and shipment execution from multiple origins to defined locations. This includes transportation of regular out-of-gauge (OOG) and sensitive cargo across various modes (Ocean Air and Land) ensuring full complete and on-time delivery per the customers project plan.

At Maersk our Project Logistics teams blend traditional freight forwarding with specialized skills in complex project planning transport engineering procurement and HSSEQ compliance. Mandatory requirements: Polish Citizenship

Role:

• Manage projects on behalf of our clients within the Government & Defence sector
• Manage sea transport of equipment to production facilities for reuse primarily in APAC.
• Participate in planning and pricing processes.
• Conduct site visits to coordinate with local stakeholders and gather local insights for optimized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Capture essential data to design cost and price customer solutions.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Create process flows for key activities.
• Manage tender processes and ensure competitive offers.
• Cover all transport modes with support from colleagues.
• Develop new logistics concepts and value propositions.

• Proven track record in government/defense logistics.
• Collaborative team player and trusted partner.
• Excellent Polish English & German communication skills.
• Commercial knowledge and interest.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• High-level understanding of logistics products and solutions.
