Job Summary

- Actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies
- Conduct thorough research on selected target companies including financial (modelling) strategic and competitor analysis
- Analysis preparation and drafting presentations of company profiles market and sector reports information memorandums and transaction documentation (for sell- and buy-side purposes)
- Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities
- Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements
- Analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct valuation analysis
- An effective team player and highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills tenacity and market research skills
- Excellent Polish & English language skills (written & spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal presentational adaptability and time management skills
- Strong academics with a completed university degree in fields such as Economics Finance Accounting Business or a science study with financial affinity
- Previous experience with exposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance Transaction Services Consulting or Private Equity. Operational/in-house experience will also be considered (minimum 1 year experience)
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Warsaw based role
