Junior Financial Controller

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join Sopra Steria Polska Finance team. The role offers an opportunity to develop practical experience in financial controlling reporting forecasting and business analysis while working closely with Finance and operational teams. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the monthly closing and financial reporting process. 
• Analyse financial results and key variances. 
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities. 
• Cooperate with Finance and business teams to ensure data quality and consistency. 
• Prepare financial analyses reports and presentations. 
• Support improvements and automation of controlling processes. 

Qualifications :

• Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. 
• First professional experience in finance accounting audit controlling or financial analysis. 
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Good knowledge of Excel. 
• English at B2 level or above. 
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience or interest in controlling FP&A or business finance. 
• Knowledge of Power BI. 
• Experience with ERP systems.

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages:

one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)
