Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment.

What Youll Do

Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of 38 Programmatic Specialists and Managers assigned across multiple clients and projects.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for your team and the wider department.
  • Support recruitment onboarding performance management career development and succession planning.
  • Create personalized development plans and foster a culture of continuous learning collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management across client portfolios.

Client Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients acrossUS EMEA and other international markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Identifyopportunities for growth through optimization innovation testing frameworks custom solutions and expansion into new channels.
  • Translate complex programmatic concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Support new business opportunities client pitches and strategic programmatic consultancy.

Programmatic Strategy & Activation Excellence

  • Lead the development of sophisticated programmatic media strategies across Display Video Connected TV Online Audio Retail Media and emerging digital channels.
  • Oversee audience strategy media partnerselection PMP recommendations data integrations creative testing and measurement approaches.
  • Ensure flawless campaign activation optimization quality assurance pacing troubleshooting and client billing processes.
  • Support teams in solving complex campaign and platform challenges whilemaintainingbest-in-class operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across campaign planning execution reporting and workflow management.

Innovation & Industry Leadership

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across leading demand-side platforms includingDV360 The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP.
  • Partner with platform vendors and industry partners toidentifynew opportunities beta programs and innovative solutions.
  • Help expand capabilities in fast-growing channels including Connected TV Online Video Online Audio and emerging programmatic formats.
  • Develop thought leadership materials case studies POVs and internal best practices based on market trends and platform evolution.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation through audience media creative and measurement testing frameworks.

Operational Excellence

  • Optimizeprocesses andestablishscalable ways of working across local and global teams.
  • Maintainhigh standardsof quality control governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive efficiency automation and innovative solutions that improve both business outcomes and team productivity.

Skills and Experience

What Were Looking For

Experience

  • 6 years of experience in programmatic media digital activation or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and developing programmatic teams.
  • Strong experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-onexpertisein self-serve programmatic buying platforms including: DV360 The Trade Desk Amazon DSP
  • Experience managing complex multi-market campaigns and cross-functional teams.

Skils:

  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem audience targeting data strategy measurement and optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing and executing testing roadmaps across audience media creative and measurement.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and effectively collaborate acrossdifferent cultures markets and time zones.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader groups compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
