As one of the first members of the commercial team youll play a key role in accelerating growth by executing a proven outbound sales process while working directly with the founders in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Location: Warsaw Poland (On-site)

Work Authorization: Required for Poland
Compensation: OTE of approximately PLN/month (Base: 7000-9000 PLN uncapped commission)
What Youll Do
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
Build relationships with prospective customers across target markets
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM
Consistently achieve activity and meeting booking targets
Collaborate closely with founders and the commercial team to optimize outbound strategies
Continuously improve outreach messaging and sales performance
What Were Looking For
1-2 years of experience as an SDR BDR Recruitment Consultant or in another high-volume outbound sales role
Proven success generating meetings through outbound prospecting
Comfortable making cold calls as a core part of your daily work
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent Polish and good English communication skills
Highly motivated resilient and performance-driven
Willing to work fully on-site in Warsaw
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments
Background in recruitment consulting or outbound sales agencies
Experience at fast-growing technology companies
Familiarity with CRM and modern sales engagement tools
