- Investigate escalations to identify and assess customer-impacting errors.
- Record and categorize errors within established tracking systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate end-to-end remediation activities and monitor progress to resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support investigations and corrective actions.
- Escalate risks issues or delays as appropriate.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with audit compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates on remediation activities trends and outcomes.
- Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and customer outcomes.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant experience in banking operations customer service compliance risk remediation quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience in customer remediation operational risk complaints handling or quality assurance is preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer protection and regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty FCA regulations CPC or GDPR is advantageous.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
