ERP Finance Solution Specialist

As an ERP Finance Solution Specialist you will play a key role in the implementation optimization and ongoing support of our ERP system within the finance area. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions that streamline and standardize financial processes.

What tasks are waiting for you

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT teams to gather analyse and clarify business requirements related to ERP solutions.
• Translate business needs into system configurations functionalities and process improvements.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial systems ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams on system configuration integrations testing and issue resolution.
• Support the migration of financial data to the ERP system ensuring accuracy completeness and consistency.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and user guidance for finance teams on ERP functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes configurations and user procedures.
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users troubleshooting issues and helping optimize system usage.
• Support system customizations to meet specific finance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance usability and efficiency.

• Have a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
• Have solid knowledge of financial systems finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Have strong technical experience with ERP systems (AX 2012 / D365 F&O preferred).
• Are fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Are comfortable working in cross-functional international teams and contributing to project delivery.
  

Due to the scope of work across different countries occasional international travel may be required.
