Join a global engineering organization focused on improving software delivery platform reliability developer experience and engineering excellence across multiple product teams.
This role combines technical leadership with process improvement and engineering transformation.
You will
- Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational metrics and telemetry
- Drive initiatives focused on reliability automation and developer productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to prioritize improvements
- Define engineering standards and best practices
- Improve engineering processes and delivery workflows
- Build dashboards and KPIs to measure engineering performance
- Coach engineering teams and promote continuous improvement
Must have
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience with SRE and Operational Excellence
- Experience driving engineering transformation across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical and business analysis skills
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent English and Polish
