Engineering Manager

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe effective and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD anxiety depression and more. MEDvidis technology automates charting follow-ups and treatment planning freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.

Were looking for an Engineering Manager to join the leadership of one of our engineering tracks. This is a leadership position not a delivery management this role youll empower engineers strengthen cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives that directly shape the future of our platform.

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives technical and non-technical that raise the bar for team performance and organizational growth; be the person who spots what needs to change and makes it happen.
• Support and amplify proactive engineers creating the conditions where good ideas surface get heard and move forward.
• Own track-level ceremonies kick-offs cross-team syncs retrospectives while keeping teams autonomous in how they execute.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver user experiences that are intuitive reliable and well-built.
• Build and maintain a culture of ownership trust and continuous improvement.
• Set a clear bar for individual performance addressing concerns early and constructively.
• Hire onboard mentor and grow engineers at multiple experience levels.

Requirements:

• 3 years managing engineering teams in a product company (not agency or outsourcing).
• Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks (career ladders development plans learning paths).
• Ability to proactively identify problems drive initiatives end-to-end and make decisions even with incomplete information.
• Strong ability to prioritize execute on high-impact initiatives and communicate when bandwidth is limited.
• Communicates openly and transparently provides full context owns mistakes and prioritizes correctness over personal preference.
• Makes high-quality decisions grounded in logic research multiple perspectives and data.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive performant and reliable user experiences.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Russian.
