Join Demants Hearing Care (Retail) IT organization within the Software Engineering & Platform team. You will be part of a department dedicated to deploying the latest platforms in a comprehensive transformation of all systems including the data platform across multiple cloud providers serving over 12000 employees worldwide.

Software Engineering & Platform team is a well-established multicultural team with members located in various countries. We work in agile setups collaborating with analysts and architects from diverse domains to deliver optimal solutions for the business using Google Cloud and Azure technologies.

Our main platforms to support are Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and FO CPOS. We are using Azure DevOps for task management and also version control along with GIT

As a DevOps Engineer you will play a pivotal role in supporting global teams and helping them maximize the potential of our platforms.

• Collaborating with agile teams and architects to ensure our infrastructure remains flexible scalable and reliable throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establishing and enforcing DevOps practices to minimize friction between developers IT operations and security.
• Promoting a DevOps culture within the organization by coaching and mentoring teams on best practices.
• Working with IT operations and security teams to create environments that agile teams and users can easily utilize.
• Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage release cycles and coordinate with product teams project managers and release/test management.
• Monitoring and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines providing tools and fostering collaboration for system monitoring.
• Supporting and maintaining data pipelines in close collaboration with our Teams.

• are confident in communication and able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels;
• can work independently and take initiative while also thriving in a collaborative multicultural team environment;
• have strong motivation to develop your skills continuously to meet the changing needs of a fast-growing retail business in a digital world;
• have experience in driving DevOps adoption and culture;
• are skilled in Python PowerShell Terraform and/or Bicep;
• have experience with cloud-based data platforms preferably Google Cloud or Azure;
• have the mindset and competencies to innovate and enhance infrastructure and code systems;
• have experience working with or supporting data pipelines in Fabric this would be a strong advantage;
• previosuly worked with or have general understanding of working with Medical customer data
• are fluent in English written and spoken

In this role you can expect approx. 1015 days of international business travel per year.
