Were hiring a Deployment Strategist to own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients from initial scoping through to a live working system in production. This is a high-agency client-facing role for someone who can turn ambiguous business goals into technical implementation without needing detailed specs or hand-holding. Youll work directly with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams to integrate AI agents into real enterprise workflows through APIs and system integrations. The environment is intense intellectual and results-obsessed built for practitioners who ship not coordinators who manage process. Youll operate with real autonomy inside a small elite team that uses AI tools to punch far above its headcount. About the project
The client is a small practitioner-led AI transformation firm that helps enterprises deploy AI systems into production working directly with founders and C-suite stakeholders rather than operating as a traditional consultancy. The team builds around the idea of Services: The New Software using a lean group of practitioners augmented by AI agents to deliver outcomes a much larger team would traditionally need. Engagements center on turning strategic AI initiatives into working scalable software: API integrations enterprise SaaS deployments and custom AI agent implementations. The organization operates at high velocity often delivering complex technical projects in weeks rather than months. Its an intellectually intense doer-first culture where people are expected to drive projects independently from scoping to launch. This role sits at the center of that delivery engine directly accountable for client outcomes.

You have

• At least 3 years of experience leading complex technical projects (API integrations SaaS deployments) with enterprise clients

• Founder or very early-stage employee experience at a B2B startup (joined around MVP stage)

• A track record of working cross-functionally and delivering product end-to-end in a hands-on B2B/startup execution context not pure consulting

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills comfortable working directly with C-suite clients

• High agency and a proactive mindset able to drive projects with minimal guidance in ambiguous fast-paced environments

• Genuine enthusiasm for the Services: The New Software thesis and AI-native high-leverage ways of working

• Fluent English

What to do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients from scoping through to a live scalable launch

• Translate client strategic goals into working technical implementations including API integrations and system architecture decisions

• Lead complex ambiguous projects independently creating clarity and driving momentum without a detailed spec to follow

• Manage and align multiple client stakeholders navigating competing priorities and any political dynamics

• Work directly with the founder and C-suite clients to shape and execute deployment strategy

• Operate at high velocity delivering results in weeks rather than months
