Summary:

Tasks:

Document handling

Coordination of information flow

Data management in internal systems

Reporting and data analysis

Communication with contractors (clients) regarding administrative matters

Support for sales and administration teams

Close cooperation with external sales representatives

Minimum 1 year of experience in office or administrative work

Good command of MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)

Ability to work with large volumes of information and deadlines

Reliability strong organizational skills and good communication

English proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level (preferred)
