Key Responsibilities

In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to keep trial operations running smoothly.

  • Documentation Management: Track trial documentation conduct Trial Master File (TMF) activities (uploading indexing and quality verification) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • System & Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems and maintain operational trackers.

  • Reporting: Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support clinical trial updates.

  • Monitoring Support: Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs/monitors) with daily administrative and operational duties.

Candidate Profile
  • Education: Active student status required preferably pursuing a degree in Pharmacy Biotechnology Chemistry Physics or related Life Sciences fields.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and a practical understanding of AI tools.

  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for effective everyday communication.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities strong attention to detail proactive attitude and clear communication skills.
