We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to support strategic regulatory and transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

The role will focus on designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) end-to-end processes and business capabilities translating strategic and regulatory requirements into practical and implementable solutions.

• Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state business architectures
• Assess As-Is processes and operating models and define pragmatic To-Be solutions
• Design and optimise end-to-end banking processes identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into processes capabilities governance and controls
• Perform gap and impact assessments and define transition roadmaps from current to target state
• Develop architecture artefacts including capability maps process models and operating model designs
• Collaborate with Business Operations Risk Compliance and Technology stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and support senior stakeholders in key transformation and architecture decisions

• Strong experience in Business Architecture Operating Model Design or Business Transformation within banking or financial services
• Proven experience designing Target Operating Models and end-to-end processes
• Experience delivering regulatory-driven change and working closely with Risk and Compliance
• Strong understanding of banking processes governance and controls
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear actionable and implementable business designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills
