We are looking for a new Applications and Database Specialist employee to be based in Tczew

Summary:

Primary Objective: Ensure the reliability availability and continuous operation of business applications including ERP MES HR and Financial Systems.

What a typical day looks like:

• Participate in the implementation enhancement and support of business applications and system functionalities.
• Perform day-to-day administration maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors internal consultants Key Users and Help Desk teams to ensure seamless system operations.
• Develop and support business solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
• Define and implement procedures and technical solutions to enhance system performance stability standardization and security.
• Create analyze and maintain reports dashboards and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Administration of enterprise system databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Prepare and maintain technical functional and process documentation for business applications and implemented solutions.

The experience/qualification were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2-5 years experience in IT business analyst function and database administration responsibilities
• Good Polish & English language skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP MES HR or Financial Systems administration and support.
• Knowledge of SQL reporting and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with business users external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• ITIL ERP or other relevant application/platform certifications are an advantage.
