A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Convert commercial knowledge including documentation CRM (Customer Relationship Management) inputs and stakeholder feedback into structured formats suitable for AI applications
• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge repositories playbooks templates and best-practice frameworks
• Collaborate with digital and AI teams to support the integration of knowledge into AI tools workflows and automation solutions
• Contribute to prompt development and refinement to improve the quality and usability of AI-generated outputs
• Support data and knowledge quality initiatives by identifying gaps inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Sales Marketing Operations and other stakeholders to capture best practices and translate business needs into practical AI use cases.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• 13 years of experience in commercial operations analytics digital transformation knowledge management or a related field
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and commercial business processes
• Ability to organize and structure information in a clear logical and user-friendly manner
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
• Fluency in English.
