Web DevAnalyst

Provide day-to-day support for internal web applications mainly Sales-related systems.

Investigate troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users.

Monitor system performance and ensure applications are functioning properly.

Perform bug fixes minor enhancements and preventive maintenance activities.

Develop test and maintain web application components using / .

Create and modify database objects such as views stored procedures and queries in MS SQL Server.

Support implementation of new features based on approved business requirements.

Ensure solutions are aligned with coding standards security requirements and best practices.

Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Document incident resolutions system changes and enhancement requests.

Assist in creating user guides training materials and knowledge base articles.

Provide regular status updates on assigned tickets enhancements or projects.

Coordinate with team members business users database administrators and other IT groups as needed.

Participate in team meetings project discussions and knowledge-sharing activities.

Continuously learn and improve technical and functional knowledge relevant to the supported applications.

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
