Warehouse Staff

Job Requirements

College graduate of Business Course/Commerce

At least 2 years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory

Knowledge of Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Point-person for Warehouse Operations Branch Support

Point-person for communication with Malaysia Warehouse Operations and Branch Support

Point-person for any request of inventory query

Daily monitoring and processing of Invoice Feedback

Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Control Files (SC)

Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Transfer (TF)

Daily monitoring and processing of Barcode Exchange (BEX)

Responsible for Warehouse Accuracy Check

May be assigned other workload and duties by the immediate superior

Required Skills

Must have effective communication and negotiation skills since national and international communication is a pivotal part of the job

Must be able to do multiple tasks all with attention to fine details

Must be numeric and be able to demonstrate basic accountancy related to inventory

Computer literate and capable of Microsoft Office Suits and other inventory applications
