Warehouse & Operations Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our U.S. warehouse and logistics operations remotely.
The role involves coordinating with warehouse staff and U.S.-based team members maintaining inventory and shipment records and ensuring day-to-day operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate daily warehouse shipping and order-fulfillment activities.
- Maintain and update inventory shipment and operational records in Excel.
- Monitor stock levels of samples packaging materials catalogs and other supplies and flag low inventory.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments shipping documentation and dispatch requirements.
- Follow up with warehouse staff to ensure assigned tasks and processes are completed correctly.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records and report discrepancies missing information or operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal U.S. teams on warehouse logistics and supply-related requirements.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience preferably in operations logistics supply chain warehouse coordination inventory management or a related role.
- Fluent written and spoken English with confidence communicating on calls with U.S.-based teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail organization and follow-through.
- Strong memory and ability to learn detailed operational processes.
- Proactive dependable and able to work independently.
- Must have their own computer/laptop and a fast reliable internet connection.
- Must be comfortable working U.S. Central Time hours.
Required Skills:
