Role Title: Video Editor and Performance Creative Producer

Role Summary
We are looking for a Video Editor and Performance Creative Producer to turn product truth founder perspective and customer content into high-performing videos. You will own video editing and short-form creative production across organic social paid media product pages marketplaces and launch campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Production: Short-form editing for Instagram Reels Stories TikTok Meta ads YouTube Shorts LinkedIn and marketplace video.
Performance Marketing: Build creative variants focusing on hooks lengths aspect ratios subtitles and calls to action.
Content Management: Manage creator and UGC repurposing ensuring brand consistency and usage rights compliance.
Asset System: Maintain a modular system for project files naming conventions templates and version control.
Performance Loop: Review analytics (hook rate ROAS click-through rate) to influence future creative tests.
Required Technical Skills
Professional capability in Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
Working ability in Adobe After Effects (or similar) for typography and motion graphics.
Strong command of CapCut for fast-turnaround vertical video workflows.
Ability to integrate approved AI tools for ideation transcription and production support.
Experience Requirements
2 years of relevant editing or creative-production experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form paid social or premium consumer/fashion work.
Experience with creator or UGC workflows.
