Job Summary
Overview The Talent Acquisition Admin and Sourcing is responsible for supporting the recruiting cycle and managing administrative functions in a fast-paced work environment. This role involves coordinating recruitment processes scheduling and maintaining communication with candidates. The position also supports sourcing activities manages candidate flow and assists with onboarding procedures. If this sounds like you we need to connect! Responsibilities Provides support on a variety of recruitment activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Proactively sources qualified candidates through multiple job boards and recruitment platforms. Initiates and maintains communication with candidates via calls emails and text messages to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline. Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle. Coordinates and facilitates hiring events particularly for high-volume recruitment needs. Responds promptly to candidate inquiries received via the recruitment hotline and email inbox. Schedules interviews in coordination with recruiters ensuring alignment with candidate availability. Manages assessment logistics including administering tests compiling scores and delivering results to candidates. Builds and nurtures positive relationships with candidates Talent Advisors and Onboarding Coordinators to support a seamless hiring experience. Collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders to address and resolve recruitment needs in a timely manner. Performs additional administrative or operational tasks to support the broader recruitment function as required. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or College level with at least 1 year of relevant experience Minimum 1 year of screening and interviewing applicants in volume hiring recruitment (preferably in a BPO setting) Customer Service Oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Capability of effective planning and priority setting. Must demonstrate versatility flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Carenet background or healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruiting job boards Note: Completion of assessments may be required before an applicant can move forward.
