What You Will Deliver

Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;
Supervise the implementation of quality policies procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local/international quality standards;
Implement quality management systems focusing on Distribution Operations
Facilitate investigations of deviations and complaints including identifying underlying causes and suggesting corrective actions;
Support biweekly walkthrough to ensure maintained facility compliance to quality and regulatory requirements;
Provide constructive recommendations to enhance policies practices and processes related to quality assurance (QA) health safety security sustainability & environmental (HSSSE) and enabling functions;
Identify training needs - quality assurance (QA)
Provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders on quality related issues and troubleshooting when necessary;
Support external audits from suppliers and other regulatory bodies;

Other tasks to support proper execution of quality management systems.
