Job Overview
The Store Sales Assistant supports day-to-day retail operations by assisting customers processing transactions maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
- Support daily store operations and sales activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Process POS and cash transactions accurately
- Assist in receiving monitoring and replenishing stocks
- Help prepare sales and inventory reports
- Ensure products are properly displayed and tagged
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding operational concerns
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate
- Experience in retail cashiering or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized reliable and customer-oriented
- Willing to work shifting schedules and mall hours
