Job Description:
- This role would require a person to travel to multiple clientssites 3 days a week. Job sites include the North Coast Region (Solano Napa Sonoma Mendocino). Ideally the candidate will be located in Santa Rosa CA.
- The Senior Project Manager serves as the owners representative and is responsible for the successful delivery of complex capital construction projects. This role leads design construction contract administration and project controls activities while managing consultants contractors and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the organizations quality standards.
- Lead project execution from design through construction commissioning and closeout.
- Manage architects engineers consultants contractors and vendor partners.
- Oversee project scope budget schedule risk and quality performance.
- Administer construction and professional services contracts including change management and claims resolution.
- Review and approve design deliverables cost estimates schedules and construction changes.
- Monitor contractor performance safety compliance and construction quality.
- Communicate project status risks and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead project turnover occupancy readiness commissioning and closeout activities.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field
- 10 years of related work experience and experience working for a Design-Build General Contractor delivering commercial vertical construction and site development projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects from design through occupancy.
- Strong experience managing contractors consultants budgets schedules and project controls.
