• Coordinate with structural engineers consultants and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.

• Prepare review and update architectural shop drawings material approval and method statements.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design quality standards and safety requirements.

• Provide technical support during project execution addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies.

• Assist in project documentation reporting and coordination meetings.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes standards and company guidelines.

.Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in both structural and architectural works.

• Experience in both office-based design/coordination and site supervision.

• Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp or other design software.

• Knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
