We are hiring for a Service Leader HR.

As a Service Leader HR we rely on you to:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Assist in the timely projects of Shangri-La Shared Services.
• Assist on employee queries about HR-related concerns.
• Performs other HR-related activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time (including documentation & reporting).

We are looking for someone who is:

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Psychology or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry or in the same capacity.
• Preferably fluent in both oral and written English.
• Preferably has experience in tailoring generic skill and knowledge training to specific job-related functions to address training needs.
• Computer Literate (MS Office applications: PowerPoint Excel and Word).
• Creative with an eye for detail. Organized and meticulous.
• Preferably outgoing and people oriented.
• Motivator self-starter and a team-builder.
• Displays initiative and commitment to professional values.
