Absolute Digital Media is a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency specializing in highly regulated industries including iGaming finance legal and healthcare. We operate in sectors where accuracy compliance and performance are critical and we are looking for a developer who thrives in that environment.

This is not a maintenance-focused role. You will lead the development of custom web applications proprietary internal platforms and client-facing solutions while working alongside our Lead Developer and reporting directly to the Managing Director. As part of a close-knit team your work will have a direct impact on both client success and the agencys technical direction.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design development and deployment of custom websites applications and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail delivering pixel-perfect solutions across multiple platforms while leveraging modern AI-assisted development workflows.

What Youll Do

Youll be the kind of person who:

Lead end-to-end development projects from architecture and planning through deployment and ongoing optimization.

Develop custom web applications and proprietary internal platforms that support business operations and client services.

Build and maintain websites and applications across WordPress Magento and Shopify.

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive front-end implementations.

Develop custom WordPress themes plugins and bespoke functionality tailored to client requirements.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code or similar agentic development platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.

Manage and deliver technical SEO requirements including:

Core Web Vitals optimization
Site speed improvements
Technical audits
Website migrations with minimal risk to rankings and traffic

Collaborate closely with designers marketers and stakeholders to ensure technical excellence across all projects.

Contribute to technical decision-making and help shape the agencys development standards and processes.

Maintain high standards of documentation code quality and remote collaboration.

Requirements

What You Bring

Were looking for someone with:

Minimum 10 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Advanced expertise in PHP and MySQL.
Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and Tailwind CSS.
Extensive experience with:
- WordPress (custom theme and plugin development)
- Magento
- Shopify
Proven experience building custom web applications beyond traditional CMS development.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles including crawlability indexation Core Web Vitals and website migration best practices.
Experience managing complete development lifecycles from planning through deployment.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

Previous digital agency experience.
Experience working within regulated industries such as iGaming finance legal healthcare or other compliance-driven sectors.
Experience developing internal business tools and proprietary software platforms.
