The Senior Media Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing media billing processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance in all financial transactions related to media buys. This role requires a deep understanding of media billing workflows strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams clients and vendors to resolve billing issues. The Senior Media Billing Specialist will also play a key role in process improvements training junior team members and supporting financial reporting efforts.

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end media billing process ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing reconciliation and payments.
• Audit and review media invoices to ensure accuracy proper coding and adherence to contract terms.
• Reconcile discrepancies between media buys invoices and payment records working closely with finance media planners and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company financial policies and industry regulations.
• Generate and analyze billing reports providing insights and recommendations to management for process optimization.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes including accruals and reporting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in media billing operations.
• Train and mentor junior billing specialists providing guidance and best practices for billing and reconciliation.
• Assist with audits ensuring all necessary documentation and records are accurate and accessible.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams media vendors and agencies to streamline billing operations and address escalated issues.
