This is where you and your skills come in. Were currently looking for a Sales Development Representative - AU Market:

In this role youll generate and qualify sales opportunities across the Australian Mid-Market and Enterprise segment. Youll research and prioritize target accounts engage multiple decision-makers through tailored outreach conduct discovery to understand business needs and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives while using AI-powered tools to support account research and prospecting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Account Prospecting: Identify and prioritize Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts using account intelligence and intent data.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Execute multi-threaded outreach to IT CX Operations and Finance stakeholders with tailored messaging.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct structured discovery to assess business needs budget timeline and decision-making process.
• Account Collaboration: Partner with AEs and Marketing on ABM strategies account planning and qualified meeting handoffs.
• CRM & AI Management: Maintain accurate CRM data and review AI-generated research outreach and meeting briefs for quality and relevance.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Minimum 1yr Outbound Sales experience preferably doing B2B sales
• Minimum of 6 months experience in doing leads management - generation conversion pipelining
• Experience prospecting or selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts is preferred

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with Australian business stakeholders
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective networking and relationship building skills including the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with AI tools for account research prospecting or sales productivity is a plus
• Willing to work on Australian business hours / early shift
• Willing to work onsite Cubao or Ortigas
