DUTIES

• Maintain and clean guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies
• Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
• Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry dry cleaning or pressing
• Maintain the public and general areas
• Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferablya college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or in the same capacity
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in the same field orhas relevant hospitality experience
• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Is a self-starter and a team player
