- Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC architectural site inspections construction fit-out or post-construction projects
- Experience in hotel hospitality commercial high-rise or mixed-use developments is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes workmanship construction standards and quality control procedures
- Experienced in punch listing defect rectification turnover inspections and project close-out activities
- Proficient in reviewing drawings specifications and site conditions
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Makati City
- Conduct QA/QC inspections of architectural works and finishes
- Monitor project quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare inspection reports punch lists and quality documentation
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and project teams to address quality issues
- Verify completion of corrective actions and turnover requirements
- Support project close-out and turnover activities
