We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in various operational and project-related tasks with a strong focus on improving workflows and interfaces using Lovable AI. Experience with AI technologies and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance efficiency and effectiveness are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.
- Help manage and maintain project boards including creating updating and moving tickets as needed.
- Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.
- Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.
- Assist in developing project timelines task lists and milestones.
- Schedule meetings prepare agendas and send follow-up communications.
- Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field but no required.
- Experience with Lovable AI is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana Basecamp or Jira.
- 2 years Jira administration experience.
- Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion Airtable etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows issue types and Agile boards.
- Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
- Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
