Product Analyst
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Identify and track AI voice agent and call-handling platforms globally and in Australia and New Zealand.
- Sign up for competitor free trials build test agents and call demo numbers to experience their products first-hand.
- Monitor competitor feature releases pricing changes integrations and new market entrants.
- Break down how competitors design and deliver specific features including user flows settings and limitations.
- Assess which features are standard expectations and which could set the platform apart.
- Research third-party integrations (CRMs calendars booking systems helpdesks) and how they connect to voice agent platforms.
- Write clear structured feature specification documents using the clients standard format.
- Present feature documents to the Founder & CEO for review and approval.
- Hand approved specifications to the CTO and answer the development teams questions about them.
- Keep a prioritised feature backlog up to date.
- Review anonymised call transcripts and recordings to spot where agents struggle or callers get confused.
- Analyse platform usage data such as feature adoption and drop-off during agent setup.
- Review support tickets and cancellation feedback for recurring issues and feature requests.
- Test new features once built against the approved specification and report gaps.
- Help maintain product documentation and help-centre content for new features.
- 13 years in a product analyst business analyst QA or similar role at a software or SaaS company.
- Excellent written English with the ability to write clear structured documents for both business and technical readers.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a habit of testing products hands-on rather than relying on marketing pages.
- Ability to understand software features and user flows and explain them simply.
- Confident using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research analysis and drafting.
- Organised and self-directed able to manage several research topics at once and meet agreed deadlines.
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
- Familiarity with AI voice agents chatbots or conversational AI products.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how software integrations work.
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
- Monthly Salary: PHP 45000
- Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave - HMO offered after 6-months probation
- Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
- SHIFT TIMES: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time Monday to Friday.
