Job Summary
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance Facilities Compliance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and other inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records.
- Assist in locating key suppliers creating purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in negotiating purchasing agreements and lead-times.
- Managing vendor relationships and comprehensive supplier database.
- Controlling the procurement budget as needed.
- Act as the representative of the Procurement Team.
- Perform duties as advised by the management.
