Process Engineering Manager (CoX)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development optimization and qualification of manufacturing processes on both assembly and test
• Drive improvements in yield quality process capability productivity and cost through data-driven problem solving
• Manage product transfer equipment commissioning process validation and production ramp-up activities
• Lead root-cause investigations and preventive/corrective actions for process defects reliability concerns and manufacturing issues
• Manage develop and mentor process engineers and technicians with close stakeholder coordination like Product Engineering Equipment Engineering Quality Operations and global technical teams

Education & Experience

• At least a Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Electronics Electrical Mechanical or Chemical
• With 5 years of experience in semiconductor laser photonics or optoelectronics manufacturing
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams with expertise in process development qualification yield improvement and production ramp-up; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  

Skills

• Demonstrates deep knowledge and broad experience in manufacturing processes for both assembly and testing such as die attach thermal cycling burn-in test etc
• Strong skills in process development qualification validation SPC DOE PFMEA GR&R and capability analysis
• Proven ability to lead root-cause analysis yield improvement defect reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Effective leadership team development project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong business judgment technical communication problem-solving decision-making and stakeholder-management competencies

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite. This will require working inside the cleanroom.
