Opportunity Overview

The PLM Data Analyst will manage and maintain the engineering data within Teamcenter ensuring accurate configuration documentation and change control for mobile industrial robot products. This role focuses on BOM configuration engineering change order (ECO/ECN) execution part number creation and modification and technical data requirements review to meet engineering manufacturing and compliance needs across the product lifecycle.

• Manage and maintain product master data part numbers BOMs product structures and engineering documentation within the PLM system.
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across PLM ERP and related business systems.
• Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through the review release and implementation process.
• Analyze product and engineering data to generate reports dashboards and metrics that support business decisions.
• Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality product information.
• Develop and enforce data governance standards naming conventions and lifecycle management processes.
• Assist with PLM system enhancements data migrations testing and user support.
• Create and maintain process documentation work instructions and user training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM processes data quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality and IT teams to support master data management for current/new product development and operational activities

• BS or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related).
• Knowledge or work experience in Teamcenter engineering documentation BOM or configuration control is a plus
• Working experience or involvement in any part of an ECO/ECN process BOM structures and part lifecycle management.
• High attention to detail strong organizational skills and effective communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
• Experience in Data management (Excel Power Query PowerBI Power tools Sharepoint Jira) and automation is highly appreciated
• Exposure to manufacturing sourcing or compliance documentation.
• Experience working in cross-functional or global engineering environments.
