Responsible for processing validation and produce accurate pay to employees in accordance to the instructions and adjustments provided by HR. The payroll specialist should maintain accurate records and data and ensure that payroll deductions and reporting comply with the local requirements in country. Work closely with Payroll Manager Payroll Deputy and third party vendor to prioritize business and information needs.
What will your job look like
- Compile and process transactional payroll advice by HR.
- Process payroll requirements on a frequency basis (monthly yearly advance pay).
- Handle the preparation of Full and Final Settlement/Pay and answers employees inquiries/requests
- Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance.
- Track other payments and deductions processed via payroll.
- Deliver accurate payroll reports both internal and external and give quick wins in the process or project initiatives for improvement.
- Remit payments to tax authorities government offices and 3rd parties and adhere to payroll process steps and controls.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree holder and graduate.
- At least4 years proven working experience in end to end payroll processing.
- Preferably with professional work experience and background in EMEA Payroll.
- Preferably with experience in ADP Payforce or ERP:minimum of 2 years
- Strong skills in MS Excel and with background in SAP
- Outstanding customer service capabilities
- Ability to work in a diverse environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with other non-tax professionals (HR finance etc.)
- Willing to work on site (3x per week) and in BGC Taguig City.
