Job Summary
This is a remote position.
HR Assistant
Part-time
Remote - Philippines
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Preparing payroll including PTO management and tracking and hand-off to AP.
- Assisting all managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs for our staff and monitoring Overtime and irregularities.
- Tracking department benefits and expenses.
- Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries.
- Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY.
- Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters including regular email inbox cleanup and maintenance.
- Handling employee relations.
- Preparing offer letters.
Work schedule: 10AM to 2PM US Eastern time
