Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Support Manager to provide operational and systems support across our restaurant chain. This role is responsible for improving business processes optimizing restaurant systems strengthening inventory controls and supporting operational initiatives that drive consistent store performance.

• Support restaurant operations through process improvement initiatives.
• Manage restaurant systems that support inventory and store operations.
• Coordinate system implementation testing and enhancements.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and documentation.
• Partner with Operations IT Finance Supply Chain and Commissary teams.
• Conduct training and provide operational support to store teams.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 810 years of experience in operations support restaurant systems inventory management or business process improvement.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience supporting fast food restaurant chain QSR or food service operations.
• Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
