Operations Head Renewable Energy

TheOperations Head will lead and oversee the operational delivery of renewable energy projects and technical services across the Philippines. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient project execution resource management profitability quality safety and client satisfaction across solar wind battery energy storage systems (BESS) transmission and power-related projects.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in renewable energy power generation engineering consultancy inspection testing certification or project management services with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects.

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure successful delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Establish operational policies procedures and performance standards.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency productivity and service quality.

• Oversee project planning mobilization execution and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with client requirements.
• Manage project risks resources schedules and operational challenges.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and commercial issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients project developers utilities EPC contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Participate in project reviews strategic meetings and business planning discussions.
• Support business development efforts through technical and operational expertise.

• Manage operational budgets and resource planning.
• Monitor project profitability utilization and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
• Support contract review project forecasting and revenue planning.

• Lead mentor and develop project managers engineers inspectors and technical specialists.
• Drive workforce planning capability development and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

• Ensure full compliance with Company policies ISO standards industry regulations and client requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) culture.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Lead operational audits corrective actions and continuous improvement programs.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• MBA Masters Degree or Project Management certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in renewable energy power generation engineering consultancy inspection testing certification or project management services.
• At least 7 years of senior leadership experience managing large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience within Testing Inspection Certification (TIC) Owners Engineering or Technical Advisory organizations such as Bureau Veritas DNV UL Solutions TÜV SGS or similar companies.
