AbouttheRole

The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall lead O&M program management for MMSP.
The O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) shall be responsible for the planning coordination monitoring and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the MMSP component of the Integrated O&M Program includingapplicable deliverables activities milestones dependencies interfaces and successive stages of operationalcommencement

• Lead the planning coordination monitoring and timely delivery of MMSP O&M-related deliverables and activities identified in the Integrated O&M Program including their potential impact on project implementation and commercial operation timelines for the MMSP Master Implementation Program

• Lead and coordinate the MMSP O&M Concessionaire operational readiness activities including onboarding knowledge transfer and progressive participation of the MMSP O&M Concessionaire in project activities

• Ensure that applicable O&M requirements in the MMSP O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated in the Integrated O&M Program assigned to the appropriate IOT functions and monitored for compliance;

• Coordinate with the O&M Rule Expert 2 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) on cross-project activitiesdependencies and interfaces particularly those associated with MMSP interoperation;

• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support the continuity of theIntegrated O&M Program; and

• Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Railway Engineering Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Transportation Engineering or a related discipline or masters degree is an advantage.
