New Account Processor

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Processing: Evaluate and assess newly opened accounts from online and manual applications in compliance with regulatory standards and ABCSI policies.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate daily tracking reports on received account applications to internal stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Verify Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC) documents to ensure strict alignment with company guidelines and risk controls.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course or relevant course in Finance Banking Business Administration or Accounting.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation formulas pivot tables and reporting).
• AMLA Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) rules and KYC compliance is highly preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in document verification and data tracking.
• Experience: Background in banking stock brokerage or financial services account onboarding is a plus.
