Job SDescription

The Senior Mall Manager will oversee all aspects of mall operations ensuring smooth day-to-day management tenant satisfaction and profitability. This role is responsible for executing strategies that drive sales increase foot traffic and maintain high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations including facilities security housekeeping and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost mall performance foot traffic and tenant sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants address concerns and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Manage financial performance budget planning and expense control to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing leasing and operations teams to execute events and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and government requirements.
• Lead and guide mall operations teams to deliver efficient and effective service.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Property Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum 810 years of experience in mall or retail management with 35 years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of mall operations tenant management and facilities management.
  
• Proven ability to manage budgets financial performance and operational planning.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Able to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced retail environment.
