Job Summary
- Functional Content Creation: Partner with department leads to script build and maintain role-specific training modules system guides and quick-reference toolkits.
- Practical Delivery: Facilitate hands-on system walkthroughs process training and operational skills workshops to get teams up to speed quickly.
- Agile Resource Development: Create micro learning assets and bite-sized digital guides that support employees directly in their daily workflows.
- Tech Implementation Support: Assist in configuring our new learning platform to map functional skills manage course assignments and track departmental completion rates.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor completion rates and basic performance metrics to ensure training initiatives are meeting departmental targets.
- 35 years of experience in L&D Functional Training (e.g. Sales or Support training) or an operational role with heavy onboarding/coaching responsibilities.
- Agile Content Creation: Experience creating clean clear and practical training content (presentations microlearning guides or video walkthroughs).
- Systems Thinker: Quick to learn new software internal systems and workflows with the ability to break them down and teach them to others simply.
- Action-Oriented: A "doer" mindsetcomfortable working in a fast-paced environment where training needs change rapidly.
